Late this afternoon the jury returned a defense verdict in the Salt Lake City medical malpractice trial of
Weidman v. Fisher, #180901409 (Hon. Dianna Gibson). See my
post for May 8th for the details of the case.
The verdict was 7-1 for no breach in the standard of care. Interestingly, the foreperson was the dissenter.
