I am retiring in three months-- no mediations after August 15th. My practice will be completely closed: no follow-up or any other mediations after I am done. No exceptions.
I also won't be keeping up this blog or my web page, so those will be closing down by Labor Day.
It's been forty-four years since I was admitted to the bar, and it's time to move on. My health is still fine. I intend to take advantage of that while I still can.
I do want to thank all the great members of the bar, the bench, and the other professionals I've worked with over the years. Happy trails to all.
