Last Friday, June 10, there was a decent plaintiff’s verdict of around $641,000 in Park City on a car crash case.
Plaintiff’s counsel was Mike Worel and Ricky Shelton. of Dewsnup King & Olsen. The defense was conducted by Kris VanOrman and Jessica Johnston of Strong & Hanni.
I don’t know much about the case yet, but I am told that this was a large verdict given the injuries.
